How Contractor Record presents state license data
This release combines Alabama board roofing, concrete, and foundation-related credentials; California CSLB C-8, C-39, and D-30 licenses; Connecticut DCP home-improvement, new-home, and major-contractor credentials; Florida DBPR roofing licenses; Oregon CCB general contractor licenses; and Washington L&I concrete and roofing registrations. California-only OSHA matches remain a separate source-specific dimension.
Record completeness
Record completeness reports whether selected source fields are populated. It does not compare Alabama, California, Connecticut, Florida, Oregon, and Washington regulatory requirements or license scope. OSHA activity is California-only and is not included in a contractor quality, complaint, price, availability, scope-fit, or project-performance score.
Merge rules
Each source maps its native columns into canonical fields. Lower priority numbers win when two sources provide different values. Every observation remains attached to the record with its source URL and observation date.

Limitations
This release combines Alabama board roster entries with explicit roofing, concrete, foundation, pile, or caisson specialties and unexpired expiration or extension dates observed August 11, 2026; California CSLB C-8, C-39, and D-30 licenses downloaded August 9, 2026; Florida DBPR current active Certified and Registered Roofing Contractor licenses observed August 11, 2026; active Oregon CCB general contractor (residential and commercial) licenses observed August 11, 2026; active Connecticut DCP Home Improvement, New Home Construction, and Major Contractor credentials observed August 11, 2026; and active Washington L&I concrete and roofing registrations observed August 11, 2026. Alabama is a statewide board credential; mailing state is address geography only. Florida certified licenses are statewide; registered licenses are local-jurisdiction limited. California construction OSHA matches cover California CSLB entities only. The Alabama, Connecticut, Florida, Oregon, and Washington feeds do not provide the California-specific bond, insurance, complaint, project, service-area, or OSHA fields. Connecticut does not issue trade-specific roofing, concrete, or foundation licenses, and Oregon does not subdivide contractor licenses by trade; those states are represented by the general-building and home-improvement credentials under which the work is performed. Inspection count is enforcement activity, not quality. Missing evidence is unavailable, not proof of none. Mailing-location centroids are approximate.
